In utilizing our Monthly Dining Calendar here at The Fountains at Franklin, we celebrated 'Creative Breakfast Day' by having a Pajama Party with Breakfast for Dinner. The residents enjoyed a starter of Cheese Grits with Bacon and Biscuits. The second course was a fresh fruit salad. For the main entrée they had their choice of Eggs Benedict with Fresh Asparagus or Chicken & Waffles, our featured purchasing products.
The residents and associates alike had a great time doing something different like this, and it was the talk of the community both before and after the event.
