We have an "You Rock" board for our staff and managers to show appreciation to each other throughout the month at NorthPointe Woods. The staff and managers really enjoy it. They send Birthday wishes to one another, thank you notes for helping out and words of encouragement. At the end of each month we do a drawing for a gift card. This has really helped with staff engagement.
