Winter salads can be a refreshing start to those heartier dinners. They are also a great way to showcase winter superfoods! Start with greens like baby spinach and arugula, then add colorful winter fruits or vegetables and top with a house-made dressing. Also, offering these salads with grilled chicken or salmon would make a perfect healthier entree selection.
