This
November marked the 10th Anniversary of Smith Crossing’s
opening. In celebration, we hosted an
after dinner party with sweets and cocktails.
Our pastry chef, Elsa, carved the Smith Crossing logo into a brick of
chocolate. Residents, employees, and
board members indulged in mini cheesecake bites, chocolate covered
strawberries, and fresh fruit displays, as they listened to the 15 person jazz
ensemble. At the end of the show, we
recognized our pioneer residents and staff members, who have been at Smith
Crossing since the doors opened. The
evening was enjoyed by all, and was a great reminder of how much our community
has grown over the years. Here’s to
another 10 years!
