Diversity and inclusion during HATS at Showtime!

What could be more inclusive?  HATS Champ Beth Loaf brought the Diversity activity of creating New Year's Resolutions into her training at Showtime.  After Showtime lead Delia Zuniga (far left) presented the meal, Beth asked for suggestions.  Communication was first and foremost, with the usual pointed complaints and references to specific individuals.  Beth and her team were able to show how to take the "personal" out of a complaint, and create solutions out of problems.  The meeting ended on a positive note, as evidenced by the photo of Dietary Aide Felicia Warners (middle) and Beth(far right).
