Diversity Moment: Sushi at Smith Village
This December, in an effort to introduce the residents and their guests to different cuisine, chef David Somerfield featured a sushi bar in the Marketplace and at his monthly Foodology, where he educates the residents on how to prepare and enjoy freshly prepared sushi. Chef had a variety of handmade sushi rolls and flavors to experience throughout the day. The residents raved about how much they enjoyed the dish, and they are already asking to do it again soon.
