At the Indiana Masonic Homes we had a New Years Eve buffet that went over really well with the residents. It consisted of a variety of things from sparkling grape champagne with appetizers; which were a cheese ball with an assortment of crackers, mini beef wellingtons, and chicken empanadas with a variety of dipping sauces. For the main course we had asparagus, broccoli and cheese, roasted fingerling potato's, herb crusted chicken with a sherry cream sauce paired with cheese tortellini, shave prime rib with a demiglace over the top. There were a variety of desserts from pies to cakes as well as other items!
