On the evening of February 2nd, Morrison Senior Living of
Masonic Pathways in Alma hosted a dinner meeting for the Masonic Community’s
Executive Team, Medical Director and other local Doctors. The guests requested
Executive Chef Tonya Higgins’ delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu.
Our Culinary Team
created the remainder of the menu. First course, fresh spinach salad with fresh
sliced apples, pears, sun-dried cranberries and honey glazed pecans with a
house made raspberry vinaigrette. Roasted Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with
fresh herb butter and Duchesse Potatoes accompanied the Cordon Bleu. Bananas
Foster Crepes were the grand finale. The event was a huge success and sure to
be repeated in the future.
