Mardi Gras at Smith Crossing

In celebration of Mardi Gras at Smith Crossing, our chef, Ryan O’Connell prepare a special themed meal for all of our residents.  The New Orleans favorites included gumbo, jambalaya, shrimp creole, red beans and rice, okra with tomatoes, paczki, and king cake.  The Fat Tuesday meal was enjoyed by all.
