Our open house this month was a really nice event where we had two live action stations which consisted of a trio of wraps; roast beef and cheddar with a horseradish cream spread, ham and turkey club with roasted bell pepper aioli, and a Italian-style veggie. Two soups; French onion with a crouton and we used a torch to melt the gruyere over the top, chicken tortilla garnished with corn tortillas sour cream and cilantro. Two salads; traditional Caesar with shrimp or chicken, spring mix salad with assorted toppings and a citrus vinaigrette. It was a great time!
