Residents at the Fountains at Bronson Place were treated to a food demonstration of how to make sea foam candy on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, just in time to be able to share their new knowledge with loved ones for Valentine’s Day.
Andrew Mitchell, Director of Dining Services, demonstrated how to make the candy and held a discussion with residents about their nostalgic candy favorites of the past. Attendees were also give Valentine’s Day cupcakes and encouraged to use a variety of frostings, sprinkles, and candies to decorate them for the upcoming holiday.
