Each year the Activities Department hosts a Winter Carnival for the residents at Central Baptist Village. This year the theme was the movie "Frozen", which included games, music and treats that completed the movie's story and art.
The Culinary Department participated this year with Winter Cake Pop Trees. Each Cake Pop was made using all scratch ingredients including dark chocolate and mint. Every treat was hand decorated so each one was a unique design, to mirror the idea that each snowflake is unique as well.
The residents loved them and the carnival was a huge success. Our Culinary team is looking forward to next year.
