Everyone at Central Baptist Village takes the vision of our “Dining Experience" very seriously. It's not just the food or the service, it's every detail that creates a memory for our residents, their families and our guests.
Recently, our Culinary Supervisors took this standard to a new level, by creating a front of the house training program for our staff called "H.I.T.S.S.” , High Intensity Training Service Skills.
The program consists of five modules that cover; Safety, Sanitation, Service, Menu and Presentation . The modules include a review of our seasonal menus, meal service role playing, sanitation and multiple categories of safety.
We have already seen improvements with the servers and we continue to improve the program as we learn what works and what can be continuously improved.
