Evangelical Home - Sterling Heights implemented a monthly diversity activity called "Who Am I?" All associates filled out a questionnaire that asked such questions as: What is your favorite dessert?; What is your favorite hobby?, etc, etc.. We then post the answers to these questions from a new associate each month. All associates are encouraged to guess who the person is based on how the questions were answered. At one of our departmental meetings, we then choose a winner who receives a $10.00 gift card. Since implementation participation has grown and team members look forward to a new posting each month.
