While corned beef and cabbage is a St. Patrick's Day tradition, and we did serve that, here at The Fountains at Franklin we have our own traditions as well. Forget the green beer, if we didn't serve Irish Coffee, it wouldn't be a proper St. Pat's meal here. Always made with or without the whiskey so everyone can enjoy.
