On Thursday, February 19, 2015 a new resident at the Fountains at Bronson Place was welcomed to her new home with a special meal provided by dining services. The resident worked with David Ansel, our dining room manager, and Andy Mitchell, director of dining services, to plan a specialized venue and menu to invite family and friends to visit her new home. Dinner consisted of a choice between vegetable and rice soup or squash and roasted garlic soup, fresh tossed salad or iceberg wedge salad, and honey dijon crusted trout or chicken parmesan with roasted red skin potatoes and fresh steamed asparagus. For dessert, guests were served swan shaped cream puffs floating on a pool of molten hot fudge. We were happy to welcome a new resident and pleased to showcase a signature menu of the quality she can expect from future home cooked meals with us in our dining room.
