Chef's Corner at Indiana Masonic Home

At the Indiana Masonic Homes, we served a red wine poached pair with a homemade chocolate sauce and a cinnamon infused whip cream to our attendees of Chef's Corner.  Chef Ross Wilson created this recipe just for this group. The residents really enjoyed it!
