Earth Day Festivities at EVH


For the second half of the Earth Day festivities, we served fresh squeezed juices with only apples, celery, ginger, kale, lemon, and cucumbers for a healthy treat for those who visited our Earth Day display.  We made the juice fresh and live with an actual juicer where those who came by the table could see the whole fruit and vegetables be turned into liquid format right in front of their eyes! As the color was a bright green, some were hesitant to try it but then after were surprised how such a healthy drink could taste so good. It was a great day to acknowledge our planet earth and spread awareness by proving healthy snacks and beverages!
