This year for our annual Easter brunch at Smith Village, we hosted residents and their families, totaling over 500 people. The highlights of the brunch included a shrimp cocktail and smoked salmon display, an omelet station, a ham and lamb carvery, and a sweets table with several homemade desserts. Our colorful napkins, fresh tulips, and dyed Easter eggs, put smiles on everyone’s faces. Both residents and their families were impressed with the brunch.
