At The Evangelical Homes of Michigan-Saline, we not only provided catering services but also hand-crafted floral arrangements. Here at EVH, floral arrangements have been a popular request as part of our caterings. The menu was a hit as well! The dinner consisted of Chef Jerry’s unique recipe for mulligatawny soup, breadsticks, fresh antipasto salad with a variety of toppings, and a fruit trifle for dessert. They loved the soup so much that we had several requests for the recipe so that they can make it at home for their families!
