On Mother’s Day here at EVH-Saline, we had a large variety of assorted desserts for all different taste buds! They were also served tea and coffee and had fresh flower arrangements on all of their tables at lunch. It was a great event and the desserts were all individually plated and bite size so they could travel around with their desserts and socialize with the other mother’s as well. It was a special event and we wanted to me sure to honor the mother’s that live here.

We celebrated Mother’s Day at Smith Crossing with
about 350 of our residents and their family members. The Dining Department put out a brunch buffet
including made to order omelets, cheesy hashbrown casserole, poached salmon and
glazed chicken. The residents were
impressed with the spread, as well as the service. It was a great way to celebrate the women in
our lives.
Mothers Day at Walter Reuther Psychiatric Hospital & Center For Forensic Psychiatry
Everyone has a Mother and some may be Mothers or know Mothers. At Walter Reuther Psychiatric Hospital and the Center For Forensic Psychiatry all were treated to a Mothers Day Luncheon. The meal featured a fresh Ceasar Salad with Homemade Creamy Caesar Dressing and Garlic Croutons, Creamy Potato Soup, Fresh Baked Garlic Breadsticks and Delectable Cheesecake Brownies.
