Here at the Church of Christ Care Center, we created a "Getting to Know You" board for the month of June. We did a different theme for each department: Housekeeping, Laundry and Dining Services. Each Associate was asked to fill their name , month and year of hire, and a positive bio about themselves. It was positive feedback for associates who learned something new about their coworkers. Positive attitudes are the key component to a great working environment. This board was put together by the Environmental Services Director (Christy Bryant) and the Lead Cook (Katrina Martin) to foster engagement with staff. We, as a community will continue to work together and build strength in teamwork with Positivity.
