At The Evangelical Homes of Michigan-Saline, we held a wonderful catering event for our CEO/President Denise Rabidoux, her team and her featured guest from Oklahoma who came to see our aquatic therapy pool.
We had separate stations where we featured lamb lollipops, coconut chicken, lobster mango salsa, spinach bread, and an array of desserts. The first station as guests walked in was a wine and cheese station where we featured baked brie cheese infused with blueberries which was a big hit! It was an elegant event from start to finish and everyone really enjoyed themselves!
