This
month at Smith Crossing, we are offering kitchen tours lead by our chefs. The residents are able to check out our
cooking equipment, coolers, and storage areas during the tour. They enjoy seeing where the magic happens and
all of the planning that goes into each and every meal. The residents are especially impressed with
the size of our equipment and all of the stock we keep on hand daily to ensure
everyone is fed.
