For this week’s Dining Delights at NorthPointe Woods, Chef Nicole made Strawberry Ginger Floats for our residents. Chef Nicole made a fresh puree of local strawberries and fresh ginger that was poured over creamy French vanilla ice cream and topped off with refreshing ginger ale. Our residents loved it and even requested it for dinner tonight!
