Farm to Fork Presentation at The Moorings


This month at the Moorings of Arlington Heights the Sous Chef Kevin Chlada and Dining Room Manager Lisa Baumgartner held the weekly Director's Corner about our Farm to Fork program.  During the event we explained our relationship with the local farmer as well as some of our Farm to Fork dishes that were featured on the restaurant menu. All of Presbyterian Homes will be highlighting the Farm to Fork Program. To finish off the event we had a question and answer session with those who participated.  The residents are very excited about the program and look forward to more of our Farm to Fork dishes!

We have featured local honey, corn, different types of squash, beets, and different greens & microgreens.
