On July 13th we launched our new menu for our Club Level Dining room. Some highlights of the menu are:
- Chips and Dips- House made white bean and rosemary dip and lentil tomato dip with our house made pita chips
- The Charcuterie Board- House made country pate, house made liver pate, Soppressata, Prociutto, Havarti horseradish & chive, Porter Irish Cheddar, Triple Cream Brie, House made fig jam, house made pickles and grilled baguette
- Italian Chopped Salad- Chopped mixed greens, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, diced tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, diced pancetta tossed in a creamy red wine vinaigrette
- Medallions of Pork- Pan-seared pork tenderloin with stewed figs in maderia wine sauce over goat cheese and herb polenta
- Pappardelle with Sweet Sausage- Flat-wide pasta tossed with fresh grape tomatoes, fresh basil and sweet Italian sausage in a white wine cream sauce
- A Low Fat Cold Lemon Soufflé
