The Episcopal Church Home’s Bishop’s Bistro held its Grand Opening June 30th. All the donors to the building of the Bistro project and the Children’s playground were invited to enjoy Chef Eric’s tasty offerings, walk through the Bistro and play on the playground. Served that evening were the following:

Imported and Kentucky Local Cheese Display with Fresh Fruit (We even had a UK Bleu Cheese!)
Chocolate Ganache in Chocolate Shells with Chocolate Quill & Raspberries
Fruit Tarts with Lemon Curd, Raspberries, Blackberries, and Blueberries
Cranberry/Raspberry Sangria
