VSB serves residents and employees during happy hour event

The culinary department at Villa St. Benedict promoted an all resident and employee beach themed happy hour on June 18th in the outdoor patio lounge. We featured a special BBQ themed appetizer menu with grilled shrimp kabobs, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, Lake Victoria perch tacos, BBQ pulled pork French fries, and a jalapeƱo burger. Drink specials included our Villa Breeze rum and blue raspberry vodka lemonade. Attendees wore their favorite Hawaiian or tropical gear and had a great time socializing with residents and staff.
