This summer, Smith Village was challenged to create its signature cookie for the community. Our pastry chef, Michelle Sandifer created three of her homemade specialties; a chocolate gingerbread cookie, a lemon-lime basil shortbread cookie, and a blueberry white chocolate oatmeal cookie for the residents to try and vote for their favorite. It was a close competition, but at the end of the day the blueberry white chocolate oatmeal cookie was the winner, and we are happy to have identified it as the signature Smith Village cookie.
