Diner Days jumped to the 90’s as “Themed Meals” became the hot item. TECH Served a “Clam Bake” with Clams, Mussels, Shrimp, Sausage, New Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Fresh Salads, Lobster Bisque and Peach Cobbler. Staff dressed in hula skirts and flowers in their hair.
