We set up a portable kitchen in a private room and cooked all the courses in front our dinner guests with some nice jazz in the background.
This month as we say goodbye to summer we themed our dinner as "The Moorings Steakhouse".
Our menu featured many classic steakhouse dishes. It has been fun cooking in this demonstration format and the residents are often mesmerized.
