"A Night Under the Stars" featured the art projects made by the residents at the Memory Support Center at Brecon Village and the food prepared by our associates and Chef Janet Nichols. It is an annual event that touches the hearts of many family members.
This year the menu included tomato soup shooter, spinach and cheese cup, roast beef open-faced crostini, chicken with warm ratatouille, black bean and corn wonton cup, cucumber and vegetable with dip, warm spiced cider and apricot Bellini.
Desserts included pumpkin spice cupcakes, cinnamon apple bites, and chocolate truffles artfully crafted by Brecon Village hospitality manager, Megg Gieger.
Our Brecon Village dinner cook, Richard Kerr, turned fruit and a pumpkin into art with his two carvings.
