In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, The Fountains at Franklin held a 'Pink Dinner'. We served Corned Beef and Cabbage with Roast Potatoes and Baked Salmon with a Wild Rice Pilaf & Spinach. Pink lemonade and Strawberry Shortcake rounded out the meal. The servers all dressed in pink, as did many of the residents. The dining room was decorated with pink ribbons. As many of our residents have been treated for this disease, they were very grateful that we helped bring awareness to what they have had to go through.
