Due to returning/first time college students, this time of year at Fulton Manor it is typically challenging to maintain optimum staffing levels. This year, more so than others. We have just started the hiring process for the 2 full time and 6-8 part time team members necessary to fill out our schedule. Our director, Scott Schaab, came up with this neat idea to help the staff, and particularly the residents, get to know the new hires better. Placed in a high traffic area, the breakfast bar, this framed picture and short bio helps introduce our newest staff members.
