Got Oats!?
What better way to gain the strength and energy to carry you through a hectic yet “Mindful Monday” morning schedule than with an Oats topping trail mix! The mix consisted of cashews, walnuts, raisins, cheerios and cinnamon toasted Oats! Many residents, patients and staff enjoyed personalizing their own trail mix. A handout was provided offering many alternative mix ideas for a high protein, high fiber, high energy, easy to make snack at home!
