Easter Celebrations from around the Region

Easter had us all "hoppin"' at King Home in Evanston with the fantastic turnout and rave reviews!

Residents were encouraged to bring their family and friends to our Easter Brunch Buffet. We served 230 residents and guests, this is the most we have ever done.
On a normal night we serve around 80-90 people so it was almost 3x the normal amount! In the pictures you can see our omelet bar where residents and guests were able to create their own omelets and add a number of fillers. All tables in the dining room had tulips and special napkins for the event. We had a large selection of food as displayed on the menu.

Easter at the Moorings was glorious!  The front of the house staff started the day off right with an Easter egg hunt in which the "golden egg" held $50!!!  The lucky winner was Angel.  Joan and Sam were also winners of free meals of their choice which were also hidden is special eggs.  Residents and guests alike partook in a wonderful meal of Rack of Lamb with dutchess potatoes and honey roasted carrots or Sake Lemongrass Poached Steelhead Trout with Miso ginger butter with forbidden rice and snap peas.  For a brunch option we offered Spinach and Eggs.   When all was said and done the staff served over 100 guests!  It was a special day for everyone that joined us.
