Featuring homemade strawberry pie with fresh picked Michigan Strawberries.
4 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 QT Water
1 Cup Cornstarch
4 QT Strawberries
12oz pkg Strawberry Gelatin
8 Pie Crusts
Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan, stir in water to dissolve and cook stirring constantly until thick and clear. Remove from heat; add gelatin mix stirring until dissolved and blended. Let cool but not set. Line crust with clean berries. Cover with gelatin mixture; smooth and chill until firm. Will not be solid; top with whipped cream.
