As a way to remind the staff that we
are a team, we have used the main door to the kitchen as an area
assigned to showcasing the importance of working together! We chose the
main door to the kitchen as a our display, so that
it is the first thing the associates see when they arrive for their
shift and leave from their shift.
The door is titled "Great Service Starts with Us!" and below has cut-outs of each employees hand with their name centered and a drawing of something meaningful to them.
We chose to use cut-outs of the associates hands as a way to show our differences.
Together, all the hands were placed under the title of the door to
show we are all here for the same reason and that great service can only
be achieved when all hands are working together!
