Hard work, dedication, determined, competitive! All words to describe
the winner of a Compass competition earlier this year. The reward, a
custom bike! The winner - Emily Gardner, dietitian, at EHM Saline,
Michigan. Emily entered the
LoseIt! competition via
compass for a month she focused on healthy eating, exercise, and daily
logging of all of the above. She helped to motivate her co-workers and
other teammates. Emily had fun and the reward was worth the dedication!
