Teamwork is a constant theme in our meetings at Western Home
Communities. At today's meeting we started off by having everyone trace
an outline of their hand, write their name in the center, and have
someone tape the plate to their back. Then we asked
them all to take 5 minutes and take turns writing the first thought
about that person. Everyone loved it. Helping one another increase our
self esteem is a goal we should each have every day. How much can you
impact a coworker by actually telling them how
much you appreciate them?
