Samaritas Hawaiian Luau

On Thursday August 18th we had our annual Summer Party.  This year our theme was Hawaiian Luau.  This is the largest  party we have here at Samaritas (Maple Village), every year.  I want to thank all Morrison and Samaritas staff for working together as a team to create a flawless, beautiful party for the residents and family members.  

The menu included:

 A whole hog roast-spicket and all
HuliHuli Chicken
Roasted Corn Cob
Sushi
Pineapple Mango Salsa
Seaweed Dip (spinach and artichoke)
Polynesian Chicken Salad on Crostini
And for dessert we served Pineapple Upside down Cakes, Pineapple Mini Cheesecakes, Tropical Fruit Parfaits, and Hawaiian Wedding Cake.

It was once again a great display of teamwork- our staff members and the client! We couldn't have done it without each other!
