Our dining
services here at NorthPointe Woods had the pleasure of catering the Battle
Creek Community Foundation’s Annual Event. We were so honored that they asked
our staff to cater! The BCCF wanted to highlight the businesses on the North
end of Battle Creek. There were over 350 people in attendance and the rain held
off! With the help of our staff, Chef Potzinger, Melissa Bivens and JT
Rivera, plus Blaec Arevalo and David Ansel from the Fountains at Bronson Place,
the event went off without a hitch.
We served Rack of Lamb with a Vanilla Mint Balsamic Glaze, Mini Chicken and Waffles with Bacon Syrup, BBQ Pork Sliders with Cajun Coleslaw, Caprese Skewers two displays with Italian Meats, Assorted Cheese & Fresh Fruit. It was a blast for everyone!
