During my time here at Westminster Place, we have always had an
action station during lunch. One of our seasoned line cooks, Troy
Jackson, who is a key part in our success here suggested we try
something different. Troy and I decided to step outside
the box of our traditional action stations and go on a road less
traveled. Sushi... we both were both up for a challenge, with no prior
experience.
To our surprise, the residents thought we were pros, and
absolutely loved it! A special thank you Troy Jackson
for his exceptional effort and dedication for the residents and this
wonderful community.
