Mother Angeline McCrory Manor wanted to welcome three new additions to
the staff. They asked Morrison to provide a simple meet and greet with
light hors'douvres. The event was open
to the public and 180 invitations went out. This was a great way to
introduce the new Administrator, Medical Director and Priest. The event
went off extremely well and a standing ovation was given to the
department. The menu consisted of the following:
Spanikopita, Stuffed Soft Pretzel Bites, Sausage Pin Wheel Wraps with
Honey Mustard Aoli, Coconut Butterfly Shrimp with Caribbean Dipping
Sauce, Parmesan Rounds with Herbed Boursin Cheese, Crostini,
Bruschetta, Fruit Tray with Cinnamon Chantilly Cream,
Filled Cupcakes and Champagne Punch -Non Alcoholic.
