For our Thanksgiving Brunch celebration, we incorporated November's
Heirloom recipes into our meal. The Heirloom Cornbread Stuffing was a
big hit, as well as the traditional green bean casserole and sweet
potatoes.
Chef Austin hand-carved the turkey in
the dining room to the resident's delight. Sweet potato and pecan
pies rounded out the feast for those who have room left for dessert.
