December brings many opportunities to showcase our culinary talent
and hospitality to our residents and their family. This year at EHM
Senior Solutions - Sterling Heights, we stepped the culinary and
hospitality experience up to notch. To better
accommodate our residents, we started the event with passed Hors
d'Oeuvres through the dining rooms and their home. The menu was
simplified to comfort foods, but presented in an upscale fashion.
The menu included mustard dill tortellini skewers, mushroom bites, and an antipasto station.
Each dining room served a carved roast beef, chicken
marsala, garlic mashed potatoes, herbed risotto, Brussels sprouts, and a
fresh vegetable sauté.
Desserts were beautifully created and presented by our
talented RDs and Chef Amy - ribbon Jell-O, holiday mousse, decorated
gingerbread cookies and many more!
The residents and family raved about the set up and desserts and look forward to the next event of the season!
