The menu included mustard dill tortellini skewers, mushroom bites, and an antipasto station.
Each dining room served a carved roast beef, chicken marsala, garlic mashed potatoes, herbed risotto, Brussels sprouts, and a fresh vegetable sauté.
Desserts were beautifully created and presented by our
talented RDs and Chef Amy - ribbon Jell-O, holiday mousse, decorated
gingerbread cookies and many more!
The residents and family raved about the set up and desserts and look forward to the next event of the season!
