To keep our residents warm through these freezing
January temperatures, cook Erik Yunker at Smith Crossing set up a hot
chocolate bar for our residents. He melted chocolate chips into warm
milk and then let the residents choose garnishes
of marshmallows, peppermint shavings, cinnamon, and whipped cream. The
residents loved seeing Erik in the Dining Room and enjoyed this special
treat.
