Superfood of the
Month: Dark Chocolate!
February’s Cook Club was held to feature the Superfood of
the Month – dark chocolate! Residents were able to help make dark chocolate peanut
butter cups. Dark chocolate was melted into mini cupcake tins filled with a
peanut butter filling and a dark chocolate kiss on top. Residents were
interested in the dark chocolate’s antioxidant properties! Having a sweet treat
that also has health benefits was a great experience for our residents.
