This week Chefs Jessica and Mitchell invited residents and staff at The Waters at The Colony (Eden Prairie, MN) to sample four items from the upcoming Spring Menu release and provide feedback. The tasting menu included:
Greek Salad
Grilled Shrimp Cocktail
Boneless Pork Chop with Strawberry Rhubarb Compote
Personal Pot Roast with Roasted Vegetables
Residents filled out rating cards and added comments about their preferences. Their favorites included the pot roast and the strawberry rhubarb compote. Residents said they appreciated the opportunity to be involved and help fine tune their dining experience.
